Report on activities in 2019:
Interactive session on MU theme MULOA (Mothers’ Union Listens, Observes, Acts); our focus was on observation.
A talk from the local CAB
A visit to the Ash Museum, a short walk up the road from our meeting venue
Our annual summer visit to a local Church: this year we visited St Peter's Wrecclesham, where the Vicar gave us a warm welcome, and gave us a guided tour, and told of the Church’s history followed by refreshments and Compline.
Our fundraising included running the cake and refreshment stall at our local Ash fun day, where we raised £137.56p for the MU Summer of Hope appeal. Ash MU organised and served the refreshments at the annual Mary Sumner party at Normandy village hall.
